“ I had the best experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. I didn't even need to add sauce. The meat was fork tender and juicy. I had the brisket and chicken, potato salad and green beans. All was very tasty and I was stuffed. Tried the sauce, regular and spicy, and both were equally good. Got a shirt too! ”
“ This place is AMAZING!!! A quiet "little" BBQ place off the beaten path that serves MOUTH WATERING, tender BBQ dishes that rival any I've tasted in KC!!! The staff is incredibly helpful and eager to make sure you have the best experience possible in their little piece of Heaven. We popped in there with a group of 16 people unannounced, with no idea what we wanted or what they had and they did a fabulous job of making us feel like we were family they'd been planning on. The BBQ was outstanding and the sides were numerous the drinks were endless (serve your self). The grandkids loved "exploring" the old time walk in refrigerator and decor. This is a group that knows and understands what it means to be in the "service" industry!!! We will definitely be back when we are in town again! ”
“ AMAZING!!!!! I'm from OK and the bbq here in KS has been pretty inconsistent. But this place was some of the best I've had. The sliced brisket sandwich was full of meat and barely any fat. The boss hog sandwich was devoured by my boyfriend in about 2 minutes and also was tall. GREAT prices for the amount of food, great tasting bbq sauce & friendly customer service. Wish everywhere in KS made bbq this good! ”

“ Stumbled on this place due to a chance encounter today. Got ribs, links and brisket. The ribs and brisket are both heaping with flavor and done to perfection. The links, are really unorthodox, kind of like a smoked chorizo. Not what I was expecting, but dang, they were good. I'd definitely order everything again. Lastly, the owner and his staff seem to honestly care about your experience. Try this place if you haven't already. ”
“ Man oh man this food was so tasty. Some of the best bbq I have had. So good, had to get the shirt. I was highly impressed. The coleslaw isn't packed with mayo so that was a hit. The brisket was melt in your mouth good. The pulled pork was so good it didn't need a sauce. What an awesome find!!! ”
